BCLS Summer Reading Program
Through August 13, 2016
The Bay County Library System invites you to get active in the 2016 Summer Reading Program! More than 100 FREE events, performers, workshops, and movies are planned through August 13. Check out the
full event lineup. Be sure to pick up a reading log at any branch library or the bookmobile to earn prizes. Finishers will be entered into great prize drawings! All logs must be returned and prizes picked up by August 13.
Adult Program: EXERCISE YOUR MIND
Summer reading is not just for our youth. Adults can participate in a summer reading program and be rewarded for their reading, too. Complete the reading log by reading 8 hours. Return your log and have your name entered in a drawing for either an HP Chrome Notebook or a Fitbit.
Teen Program: GET IN THE GAME READ
Grades 6-12
Complete the teen reading log by reading 16 hours. Return your log, collect your prize book and have your name entered in a drawing for either an HP Chrome Notebook or a Fitbit.
Children's Program: ON YOUR MARK, GET SET, READ!
Birth-Grade 6
Complete the children's log by reading 8 hours or 24 books. Return your log and receive a free book as your prize! If you complete additional logs you will be entered into a prize drawing. All logs are due by August 13. Grades K-6 are also invited to participate in the Design-A-Bookmark contest. Entry forms are available at your branch library or
online.
