Cell phone commercials are enjoyable entertainment.
Sometimes, I think that the best thing currently on TV is the commercials.
I am particularly fond of the commercial where the mom, alarmed at the size of the family's cell phone bill, grills her daughter on who she's text messaging constantly.
"These cell phone bills thats whats up," says the mom.
"OMG, INBD," the young girl responds.
"It is a big deal," mom answers. "Who do you text 50 times a day?"
"IDK," says the girl, "My BFF, Jill?" (Subtitled translation: "I don't know, my best friend forever, Jill?")
"Well, tell your BFF Jill, I'm taking your phone away.
TISNF!
"Me paying these cell phone bills that whats s...n....f."
This 30-second spot makes me smile every time, no matter how often I see it.

A second set of cell phone advertising involves basketballers Charles Barkley and Dwayne Wade for T-Mobile. "Is that your Dad?" the young fan ask Wade, referring to Barkley.
Charles Barkley is old news...Dwyane Wade is where it's at in 2007!
TJCMU (That just cracks me up.)
