They came! They sang. They were judged.
And when the night was over, an additional seven contestants were passed on to the Michigan's Got Talent Finals set for December 5th at Stables in Bay City.
"What could we do?" asked head judge Dick Bork. "They were all so good."
Bork and fellow judges Tommy Anderson and Kathy Lagalo had been expected to name four additional singers to advance to the December 5th Finals. Instead, they named seven.
"Everyone did such a wonderful job," said Lagalo.
The judges haggled and haggled and then put six individuals and the group, Branded Heart into the finals. "We did the right thing," said Anderson.
Lauren Thomas Gwen Kolbiaz, Gina DeShano, Bridgette Ballor, Micah Read, Sarah Jane and the the group Branded Heart were all advanced to the Finals by the judges after more than thirty minutes of deliberation.

The newbies will join Kate Gembrowski, John Howley, Keagan Cerny, Karen Powell, Amy Thomas, Jessica Rex, Janie Thomas and Kathy James in the competition on Wednesday December 5th. The competition began twelve weeks ago with finalists being selected every four weeks.
Now Only one week and one performance remains.
Winner goes to Vegas. Everyone else goes home.
