The event was hosted by the American Boxing & Athletic Association (A.B.A.A.) and The Greater Bay Area Boxing Center.
The 12th annual Boxing Invitational was held at the National Guard Armory in Bay City.
The "Fight of the Night" trophy went to Curtis Hill and Joaquin Garcia in the senior division. According to Bob Arsenault, Bay City's boxing head coach, this was the first time they gave out a trophy and announced a "fight of the night" award at a Bay City event.
"This was great competition," Arsenault said about the Hill-Garcia fight. "There were a lot of punches landed in this bout."
