John Glenn hoped to get a tune up Thursday night against North East Michigan Conference foe Oscoda.
Oscoda didn't put up much of a battle, as they stayed winless in league play as the Bobcats cruised to a 53-11 win.
After jumping to a 15-2 first quarter lead and a 25-5 lead by half, the Bobcats coasted to the win with their seniors leading the way.
Kylene Frank led all scorers with 12 while Stephanie Hurley added 10.
John Glenn finished the regular season 13-7 overall and 9-3 in league play Saturday night with a more competitive 59-52 overtime win over league perennial powerhouse Standish Sterling.
With their second win of the season over S.S. Saturday they matched the Panthers 9-3 league record and tied for second place behind Tawas's 10-2 mark.
The Bobcats will be riding their winning streak into the districts against Frankenmuth Monday night in Frankenmuth at 7:30PM.
