The American Boxing and Athletic Association (A.B.A.A) along with the Greater Bay Area Boxing Center presented their Fall Boxing Invitational. Over five hundred boxing fans filled the Prime Event Center in downtown Bay City on November 8, 2008.

Bob Arsenault A.B.A.A head boxing coach and Master of Ceremonies said boxing fans would get their money's worth, and that they did, as the fight card hosted 16 bouts.
Bay City's Matt Maciag fought a tough fight in the night's main event and came out on top over his opponent Kyle Delgado of Saginaw.

In a battle of Golden Glove Champions, Ernie Garza III defeated Merrill Martinez in a hard-fought three-rounder.
