Recently the annual
Labadie Pig Gig Press conference was held announcing
exciting events and entertainment lined up for the 2009 Labadie Pig Gig!
In 2008 The Labadie Pig Gig generated $70,000 of funding to benefit the Boys & Girls Clubs & other local charities.
This is a great annual event for our community come out and support Bay City and local charities at the Labadie Pig Gig this summer August 6,7,8,9, 2009!
Wendy Dore, the festival organizer, said, "Along with the Labadie family, we are proud to be part of this supportive community which offers a great quality of life."
Dore continued, We thank our sponsors, media representatives, city officials, employees and volunteers who contribute to the event to raise the funds that are donated to our recipient charitable organizations."

New addition this year, is the Profession Water-ski ShowThe National award winning Silver Lake Ski-team will provide entertaining shows which will include pyramids, barefoot skiing, jumping, swivel, ballet and trick skiing complete with costumes, backdrops, music and props in combination with land acts highlighting skill and dance! This new addition included in the event at no additional cost to guests. Enjoy the beauty and excitement of professional water ski shows right in front of the bleachers in Vet's Park!
