Frankenmuth's Bavarian Festival was held June 11th through the 14th, 2009. It is Michigan's most famous, oldest and largest GERMAN Festival!
The festival was at Heritage Park in Frankenmuth, Michigan.
Thursday night was Princes Coronation Night, dancing in the pavilion. Friday was Frankenmuth night, with Summer Garden Activities. Saturday was Children's Day, plus performances from Illusionist Jason Jewell. Sunday was parade day on Main Street.

Illusionist Jason Jewell performed a Grand Illusion on Saturday at 6:00PM. Jewell disappeared beneath the Cass River, hand-cuffed, chained inside a tied up crate, and appeared within minutes on the other side of the river to the amazement of his fans.
Jason Jewell said before his escape stunt, "I've never been this nervous . . . ever! . . . and you can quote me on that."
