It was a great day for the 13th annual BE COOL car show in Downtown Bay City, Saturday, July 11, 2009. The event started on Friday with the annual Be Cool Car Cruise from Hampton Towne Center down to Be Cool Inc. on Woodside in Bay City.
Car show promoters, Roger and Deb Rosebush, of
Be Cool Inc. dedicated this year's show as a memorial to their son David Rosebush, race car driver, of Bay City, who passed away in December 2008. The Rosebush's also marked their 22nd wedding anniversary on the day of this year's car show.
Hundreds of car fanatics drew to Downtown Bay City on Center Ave and Water Streets to view over 350 cars as well as some motorcycles, trucks and even dragsters.
Proceeds from the event to benefit the American Cancer Society.
