2009 Relay For Life -- Photo Essay

MyBayCity photo contributor Andy Rogers was on hand with his family at the recent Relay for Life.
Andy has sent along a photo essay of the experience.
Pictured include Duane Goulet (Andy's daughter's father-in-law) -- who is a survivor. Duane is shown below with wife Kathy Goulet.
Also pictured: Andy's wife, Sandy, with son-in-law Craig Goulet. Even farther down is daughter Amanda Goulet (again with Sandy.) Then Duane walking with Brian Goulet, and finally Duane, Brian, Kathy, and Craig holding the Rogers' newest grandson, Liam Goulet.
The Rogers clan all showed up to support Duane (and also to remember parents lost to cancer). Oncologists Jonathan Abramson and David Cook are also friends; hence the photo at their signs.

Cool! I forgot to mention that my father (out in Arizona), Sam Rogers, is also a survivor at age 91 after three bouts of non-Hodgkin lymphoma. We walked the Memory Lap for him, too. :) Andy |
