18 Contestants Perform at Michigan Idol Show

The Michigan Idol Show is in its 3rd week of an 18 week singing competition. On Thursday, April 22, 2010 eighteen contestants filled the evening with entertainment. Michigan Idol Host Doug Dore (Right) had his hands full with incoming contestants at Stables Martini & Cigar Bar!
Ten finalists will be chosen on Thursday, July 29, 2010.
Final Four plus a wild card (on-line voting) will be chosen after competition on August 5, 2010. Those 5 will perform at the Labadie Pig Gig on Friday this summer at Veteran's Memorial Park, August 6, 2010. One winner will be announced after the Friday night's performances.
Contestants must make a minimum of 8 performances (appearances) during the 18 week competition to qualify for a chance in the finals.
Beginning on the 14th week of the competition contestants will be asked to sing songs according to the "Theme Nights" -- listed below.
Audience participation in terms of dressing for the theme of the night is expected.
Join in on all the fun every Thursday for great entertainment, fabulous food, and drink specials, including the MyBayCity martini!
Warm ups and Tune-ups start at 7:00pm -- Contest starts at 8:00pm
On-line voting will start on June 6, 2010.
