Last November,
Karma Inc Apparelaligned their fundraising efforts with
I Make a Difference @ Angelman.org, a new way to share with the Angelman community the many wonderful, creative and heart-felt ways people are raising funds and awareness to thank and support the Angelman Syndrome Foundation (ASF).
Angelman Syndrome (AS) is a neuro-genetic disorder characterized by intellectual and developmental delay, sleep disturbance, seizures, jerky movements (especially hand-flapping), frequent laughter or smiling, and usually a happy demeanor.
Three years ago, Karma Inc. Apparel set out to become a nationally known "Brand" of Casual Apparel. But Karma also want to be different . . . to stand above the crowd.
"We wanted to be different," said Brian Martindale
(Pictured at Right), owner and spokesman for Karma Inc. Apparel. "We wanted to be a company that appeals to the good in everyone . . . and we wanted Karma Inc. Apparel to always give back something to a local cause.
Today, Karma's Brian Martindale urges everyone to support
Karma Inc Apparel in their efforts to make a difference. In appreciation to the ASF for all the help and support over the years, CJ Hanlon and Denise Godreau of Guilty Customs, LLC, have partnered with
Karma Inc Apparel to offer a unique opportunity to give back to the Angelman Syndrome Foundation.
Karma Inc Apparel has designed the "Give What You Receive" apparel line. T-shirts and hoodies in men's and women's sizes, as well as women's tank tops are now available for purchase.
Karma Inc Apparel will donate $10.00 to ASF for each clothing item sold from this line during the month of December. In addition,
Karma Inc Apparel will donate 10% of all other Guilty Customs Apparel, and
Karma Inc Apparel styles (except for the Hope Design).
Martindale stressed that it's necessary to "spread the news about this terrific offer" to family and friends and share the story of the generosity of Guilty Customs, LLC and
Karma Inc Apparel. Consider a purchase of this special apparel for holiday gifts and help support ASF. Please click here to view all the
Karma Inc Apparel designs and styles. You can bring a greater awareness of Angelman syndrome and help to Make a Difference @ Angelman.org!
