Santa Alert - Keep your eye on the sky on Friday Night, November 26. Here Comes Santa!
Santa and Mrs. Claus arrive at Wenonah Park in Downtown Bay City on Friday, November 26, 2004 at 7:00 p.m. Santa's Arrival will also kick of The Festival of Lights.
The MC's for this year's event will be Eric Jyhla from WNEM TV-5 and BobHughes from WHNN 96.
While children are awaiting, the arrival of the jolly one, Bay City Central Holiday Madrigal Singers will be performing and Miss Bay County 2005 will sing America the Beautiful.Kids, bring your flashlights and help guide the way for Santa's Sleigh!!
McDonalds Restaurant, located at 314 Washington Avenue, will graciously be providing free beverages and there will be holiday treats for the children, both while supplies last.
Immediately following the program, Santa and Mrs. Claus will proceed to the Delta College Planetarium, located at 100 Center Avenue, where they will meet and greet children until 9:00 p.m. Parents don't forget those cameras.
Santa's Arrival isa Toys for Tots Event. Visitors to Wenonah Park are asked to bring a new, unwrapped toy to be donated to the Toys for Tots Program of Bay County.
