NABA's Beer Show Returns to the Doubletree Hotel in Bay City

The National Association Breweriana Advertising (NABA) is America's first National breweriana collectibles organization dedicated to the preservation and study of American brewery advertising. Founded in 1972, it is the leading organization with membership in virtually every state and many foreign countries.
If your interests lie in collecting old brewery related items or just knowing more about them dont miss the public show on Saturday, August 6, 2011.
This is the 40th annual NABA convention, August 2 - 6, 2011. The last time it was in Bay City was 2008.
This year on Wednesday August 3rd organization is having a "micro brewery tour", first stop is at Bay City's own Tri-City Brewing Company, then off to Frankenmuth.
According to Dan McShane, Convention Chairman, during that night is the "brew masters dinner" featuring beer styles from Marty Rapniki at BART'S. Chef Shawn/Sean - from the doubletree has a GREAT menu lined up.
Thursday is a ride on the Princess Wenonah then heavy "room to room" action.
Friday holds an auction, historic tour of bay city, "taste of michigan" beer sampling of micro brews made in Michigan, then banquet that evening, with special guest speaker John W. Stroh III from the Stroh Brewery family.
On SATURDAY, August 6, 2011 is the "FREE ADMISSION OPEN THE PUBLIC SHOW" in the grand ballroom at the doubletree from 9:00 am till 2:00pm - Buy-Sell-Trade!
