Five Finalists Named by Saginaw Chamber

Saginaw, Michigan - The Saginaw County Chamber of Commerce, in conjunction with their Small Business Advisory Council, announced five finalists for the inaugural Outstanding Small Business of the Year Award.
Finalists were selected from submitted nominations which demonstrated the company's adherence to the following criteria:
A visible commitment to good business practices;
Good vision and management in the areas of growth and marketability, innovations of systems or products, and leadership with regard to employee relations; and
Service to the community.
Finalists were selected by the Chamber's Small Business Advisory Council which includes members of the Saginaw Chamber's board of directors and representatives from local business associations within Saginaw County.
The 5 finalists for the 2012 Outstanding Business of the Year are:

Kaleidoscope Learning Circle, 12847 Rathbun Road, Birch Run, MI 48415, Dr. Tracy Weber, Owner
Kremin, Inc., 2926 Universal Drive, Saginaw, MI 48603, Michael Grossi and Bryce Moe, Owners
Shapers The Salon & Day Spa, Inc., 685 N. Center Road, Saginaw, MI 48638, Silvia Garcia, Owner
Wigen Tincknell Meyer & Associates, Inc., 100 South Jefferson Avenue, Suite 601, Saginaw, MI 48607, Douglas W. Kueffner, AIA, President
The Chamber's Small Business Advisory Council has invited the 5 finalists to a July 24th meeting, where they will participate in an interview process to determine the final recipient of the award.
The Outstanding Small Business of the Year will be recognized at the Chamber's annual Community Awards Luncheon on November 9, 2012.
