The weather cooperated so members and neighbors of FinancialEdge Community Credit Union, located on Ionia and Euclid Ave., could enjoy a day being thanked for their support and membership.
A variety of local organizations such as Bay City Public Safety Departments, Michigan State Police and the Humane Society of Bay County, turned out to help guests learn more about who they are and what they do.
The Humane Society of Bay County and Cool Cats, held an adoption event during the Appreciation Day and 3 dogs and 1 kitten were able to go to their new homes!
Kids had games and give-aways and could participate in the sidewalk chalk art and there was a little something for everyone to enjoy.
Cali Bellsmith helped dad, John Bellsmith with the sidewalk chalk art, which depicted several famous cartoon father characters, in honor of Father's Day.
