Bay City Credit Unions United Team United Way Kicks Off Campaign With Truck Pull

United Way of Bay County fire truck pull in downtown Bay City asked teams of 15 members to pull a 68,000-pound fire truck down a block of Washington Avenue in downtown Bay City on a beautiful, sunny Friday afternoon, September 6th, 2013.
Celebrating the kickoff of the agency's 2013 fundraising campaign, supporters came out to watch or participate in a 150 foot timed pull.
The teams, who paid $150 to participate included Bay City Employees, Bay County Employees, Bay City Academy, PNC Bank, UAW Local 362, FirstMerit Bank, Chamber Ambassadors, United Way Partner Agencies, Bay City Credit Union, Dow Bay Area Family Y, Chemical Bank, Team Horak and two teams from McLaren-Bay Region hospital.
