A first time new event and fundraiser for Bay Valley Academy Gymnastics Boosters Club and the Nate and Mary Ida Doan Santa House, was held at Veterans Memorial Park in Bay City, MI on Saturday, August 23, 2014.
President of the Bay City Fireworks Festival, Doug Clark, organized the event that ran from Noon-6 pm, which included vendors, inflatable pools and a 100 foot slide at the top of the hill. Participants paid $5 to "slip and slide" as many times as they wished. All ages were welcome.
Spectators also had fun watching
