Pretty impressive looking Jean Ann. The only thing detracting is that the view leaves a little to be desired. Although very nice looking.

I grew up in Bay City on the corner of 6th and Sherman. The home is now an empty lot. My Uncle, Ellis Murchison, had his insurance office in the Shearer Building back in the 50's. I hope the new tennants enjoy their new home.
