To many Bay City locals, Midland Street is the home of the newly-remodeled Sage Library and features some of the finest architecture on Bay City's West Side.

But Midland Street is also home to the Midland Street Business District

And on the Wednesday night before Thanksgiving, Bay City's Midland Street will be alive with men, women and college kids ready to celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday.

In the food and beverage industry, bar and restaurant owners across the U.S. know that the night before Thanksgiving is one of the biggest dollar volume nights of the year.

And in Bay City, local bar and restaurant owners on Midland Street are more than ready for the upcoming holiday action.

College kids will be home to meet old friends and spend the Thanksgiving Holiday with their family. Businessmen and women will be ready for a break and set to party. Thoughts of Thanksgiving turkey and Detroit Lions football will be on everyone's mind.

Everyone most likely has the rest of the week off - and you can be sure that more than just a few of those people will find their way to Midland Street on Wednesday night.
