Rotarian, and frequent MyBayCity.com photo correspondent,Andy Rogers had gone ahead of the group and set up his laptop in a study carrel where he demonstrated the library's "WI-FI" internet connection.

As with all visitors, the Rotarians were "blown away" by this impressive addition to downtown Bay City. Everyone can be proud of the city and its accomplishment!

Prior to the library tour, the membership was treated to the specter of TWO Sargents at Arms coming before the group to solicit "happy bucks" and "hard luck bucks". Knowing that hewould be out of town for the next two meetings, your secretary, reporter and photographer felt fairly safe in posting the following pictures of this infamous pair.
