Warriors to win -- In 4 or 5 Game Series

If MSU's Draymond Green plays every game, I'm picking the Warriors in 4 or 5 games.

Last year, when Green "kicked" his way out of Game 5 against the Cavaliers, the door opened for Cleveland.

Momentum changed.

Curry was at best, mediocre.

And in the end, the Warriors fumbled the ball to LeBron James, who carried it to a 7-game championship.

I also believe, for some reason, that the referees allowed the Cleveland defense to man-handle Curry every time he went inside. That won't happen this year.

Now, don't misunderstand.

I know the "rules" change in the "FINALS."

I know that it's a time for "MEN" to step up.

Like the philosophy of the old-time Celtics and Detroit's "bad boys," -- There will be No Easy Baskets.

The philosophy is "to let them play."

But . . .

In the end, Golden State will score between 120+ points each game.

At the same time, Golden State will grind on LeBron James with defenders Green, Durant and Iguodala. Sure . . . If Kevin Love and/or Kyrie Irving can contribute 50-60 points between them each game, maybe there's a chance for the Cavs to win maybe 2 games.

In my opinion, the Cavs don't play fast enough and they don't have enough scoring coming off the bench. The Cav will only score 105+ points per game MAINLY because the Warriors play better defense.

Let's match-up the rosters.

  • Kevin Durant -- Lebron James (EVEN)
  • Steph Curry -- Kyrie Irving (EVEN)
  • Klay Thompson -- Kyle Korver (KLAY THOMPSON)
  • Draymond Green -- Kevin Love (DRAYMOND GREEN)
  • Zaza Pachulia/JaVale McGee -- Tristan Thompson (PACHULIA/MCGEE)
  • Andre Iguodala -- Deron Williams (IGUODALA)
  • Shaun Livingston -- Ooops
  • Matt Barnes -- Ooops
  • David West -- Oooops
  • Ian Clark -- Oooops
  • Patrick McCaw -- Ooops

1 - The starting line-up of the Warriors is better.
2 - The Warriors bench is better.
3 - Warriors Mike Brown is a better Head Coach than LeBron James.

The Warriors will run bodies at the Cavs until they wilt.

In the last 3 playoff games, the Warriors averaged 129 points per game.

In the last 3 playoff games, Cleveland averaged 118 points per game. (And the Cavs EVEN lost (AT HOME) to a decimated Boston Celtic team.) (AT HOME!)

Sell the farm . . . Take the money and bet it all on the Warriors.
