Sunday March 18th is "Parade Day" in Bay City, Michigan.

The St.Patrick's Day Parade is in its 53rd year. It's a Bay City tradition.

But there are other traditions that also a part of the St. Patrick's Day celebration. Being First in Line at Mulligan on Sunday is one of those tradition.

The sun was bright on Sunday and the big crowd waiting to get a seat inside of Mulligan's when the doors opened at noon was in great spirits.

Nathan Manczak was first in line on Sunday at Mulligan's and says he wouldn't miss the annual Bay City Celebration - "no matter what." Manczak and his friends have gathered in front of Mulligan's for the past seven years. "I've made great friends here, standing in line," said Manczak, who made the drive from Grand Rapids. It's just a great time.

Deborah Lang was second in line. "They call me the "Den Mother," Lang said. "One year, I beat them here," Lang laughed. "Now, I'm part of their group," Lang went on. "We're like the mail. "Neither rain, nor snow or anything stops us from being here each St. Pat's Day."
