It's time for Spring, and in Downtown Bay City on Friday, March 30th and Saturday, March 31st Downtown businesses are going to celebrate with a "Welcome Spring" Open House.

Spring is a great time to step out into the fresh air and Forty-Six Downtown Establishments will have special activities and in-store specials that are sure to get rid of those Winter ho-hums!
