This week I found The Old Farmer's Almanac for all to enjoy! Just put in your zip-code in the change location link. You will get a seven day forecast updated daily. Plus The Old Farmer's Almanac is full of information for everyday living. Tips on Gardening, Astronomy, Food, Advice and so much more.

I also found a great site to learn Pilates Poses

What Is Pilates? Pilates is a body conditioning routine that seeks to build flexibility, strength, endurance, and coordination without adding muscle bulk. In addition, pilates increases circulation and helps to sculpt the body and strengthen the body's "core" or "powerhouse" (torso). People who do pilates regularly feel they have better posture, are less prone to injury, and experience better overall health.


My last site this week is WebMD if you have never been there it is a great Medical Site. They feature a mans body (The Symptom Checker) just click where you ail, then give a little information and you will get results.
