Washington Lanes League Play in Full Swing

Men, Woman, Children, all Enjoy BIG games

Starting with Tuesday night Women, Washington Lanes enjoys hosting over seven separate leagues of play throughout the week.

Tuesdays Women made up of Hot Mama's, Stoned Ponies, Trouble and Lots of Fun, just to mention a few, have enjoyed six of thirty-two weeks of competition.

The team of AAA is leading the eight-team league with seventeen wins and just seven losses while Trouble is close on their heels having won fifteen and lost nine.

AAA is anchored by Jill Kocher who had high season scratch game of 177 last week and high handicap game of 245.

Trouble has their own sharp shooter in Lisa Hartwig whose season high game was just three pins behind Kocher at 174 scratch and third in her scratch series of 448. Sandwiched in between them is Mary Breeden of Lots of Fun with a high season scratch series of 458.

The results are not yet in but the top two teams played each other last week and will be reported here next time. The Vegasettes had a good week by posting the third highest scratch game 413 and series 1151, with Angela Treadway leading the way with a 163.

Anne Studniarz, Angela Tredway and Carrie Gonzales are team Vegasetts and hold the third highest scratch game of 413 on Tuesday night league.

Next up is the Friday Drifters League made up of Porn Stars, High rollers, Some Dumb guys, and some Homies just to mention a few more.


The Porn Stars are tops in their league with an 18-2 record after five of 32 weeks. The porn Stars are made up of Don Bailey with a 159 average, Todd Rondeau with a 170, Ed Mata carrying a 199 and Jeremy Samyn anchoring the team with a 212.

The "Porn Stars," Jeremy Samyn, Chon Mata, Ed Mata and Todd Rondeau are currently first in Friday Night Drifters League.<


High scratch game from last week was Ed Mata with a 265 and a 707 series. The Porn Stars enjoyed their season high scratch series with an 1858 last week.

In a close second is Madame Shelly's with a 15-5 record and who have shown steady play winning those match's without having any of the season high games or series.

"Madame Shelly's," Robert Anderson (standing), Randy Beach, Jesse Maldonado Jr. are currently in second place, but that doesn't bother Sherry Becker (left) or Madam Shelly herself Shelly Hayword, unidentified referee.

Madame Shelly's is made up of Robert Anderson with a 170 average, Jesse Maldonado Jr. with a 155, and their anchor is Randy Beach at 173.


Saturday morning brings in the bumper kids and the juniors.

The Wild Bunch made up of Destiny Kennedy, Brady Hartwig and Devin Kennedy leads the bumper league.

In week four of thirty, team Collison had a big week with a 469 scratch series, a 590 handicap game and a 1178 handicap series.

Last week Alexander Dotson owned all the top boy spots with a 108 scratch game, a 182 series and a 229 handicap game, while the girls were led by Autumn Schoof's 99 scratch game, Zoe Miller's 174 Scratch series while Abagail Saxton had high handicap game of 208 and series of 409.

A special note goes out to four year old Brady Hartwig of the Wild Bunch who rolled a 103.

The Juniors are also in their fourth week of thirty with a the Bobcats leading the way with a 65.6 winning percentage. The Bobcats were led last week by Hunter Mullins 621 handicap series.

On the girls side of things Sydney Scheel had high handicap series of 582 while Nicole Dewyse rolled a 569 and Alycia Hartwig had a 533.
