The Carriage House Expansion Is A Success!

Recent Approval To Construct Two Additional Facilities Is Good News

Recent expansion of The Carriage House and construction of The Colonnades Assisted Living Complex has many people smiling and owner Mr. Raphael Dubay is no exception. He is very proud of the progress that has been made and he should be.

Two new wings boast an inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation physical therapy room, conference room, 3 day rooms which are available for families to utilize for gatherings, 5 private dining rooms and an in water therapy pool.

The facility offers Alzheimer's and Dementia related care, Hospice care, Intravenous therapy, Rehabilitation Therapy, Respite care, Skilled Nursing and Sub-Acute assistance to it's residents.

Owner Raphael Dubay and Director Sherry Wachowski display the elegance and class of The Colonnades entrance. Mr. Dubay eloquently executed his unique talent by designing the interior of both facilities, including the unique carpeting patterns throughout.

Architect Fred Young of Pumford Construction worked in collaboration with Mr. Dubay on this and past projects.

Citizen's bank provided funding for this $2 million project.

The Colonnades boasts a formal dining room, featuring Executive Chef, Fred Garcia. Chef Garcia cooks all meals onsite in the dining room.

Mr. & Mrs. Florian Pawlak enjoy the comfort of living at the Colonnades. The lifestyle resembles that of a five star resort with independence when wanted and assistance when needed

The Colonnades Assisted Living Complex is designed to cater to the changing lifestyles of it's residents on an individual basis. They offer 24 hour staff and emergency call systems, supervision of medication and daily life enrichment activities. Weekly housekeeping and laundry services are available along with many inclusive amenities.

There is an exercise room onsite and an activities room in which residents can cook for their loved ones in a large setting. There is also a Chapel, offering Communion Thursday mornings and a non-denominational bible study in the evening. The Chapel boasts memorabilia purchased by Dubay from St. James Parish.

"My grandparents wanted this for me, they wanted me to do this" Dubay said, "They passed away not long before we opened our doors".

Recently the township granted approval for Mr. Dubay to proceed with the construction of two additional facilities.
