Floyd Willett had a pretty good series for his Lucky 13 recently at the Bay Lanes Tuesday Morning Seniors League.
Willett put together 13 straight strikes at one point during his three game set and then added another seven straight strikes on his way to an actual 800 series.
Willett had games of 245-278-277 for an 800 Series that was 185 pins over his average.
"I've had three 300 games during my bowling career," Willett said. "And this is my best series to date," said the 62 year-old right hander.
Willett rolls a Storm Shift ball that he just had recently drilled out by Bill in the Bay Lanes pro shop.
"I was in the groove," Willett said about his performance. "I just slowed everything down and the pins just started falling," Willett said.
"Now I gotta get that 300 game," Willett smiled.
