City employees Bud LaPlant and Jack Thompson rig the welcome banner for the St. Stans' Polish Festival scheduled for next week (June 26th - 27th - 28th - 29th) on the South Lincoln Road Festival grounds beginning Thursday.
The banner hangs over Center Avenue between Madison and Jefferson in downtown Bay City in front of the Bay County Building.
