An Astonishing Secret to Good Health!

According to Nobel Prizewinning doctor Elie Metchnikoff "Death begins in a clogged colon."

Gas and bloating, indigestion, chronic tiredness, headache, nervous stomach, irritated bowel, constipation, diarrhea, all over body aches, poor digestion are just a few of the symptoms that can result from a dysfunctional colon.

When your digestive system isn't functioning properly the rest of you will suffer. Your intestinal tract is designed to further breakdown the foods you eat and absorb the resulting microscopic nutrients. Your intestinal tract has a very delicate balance of good and bad bacteria living in it that are necessary to the proper functioning of the system. Gas and bloating are the result of not having enough good bacteria in the intestines to sufficiently transform your food into micro-particles that can be absorbed through the intestinal wall. This undigested food does not move through the digestion process and begins to ferment creating foul smelling gasses that induce bloating and discomfort.

Left unchecked this fermentation process and growing bad bacteria counts can lead to more serious problems like constipation, diarrhea, chronic tiredness. All over body aches and leaky gut syndrome, to name a few. As time goes on, fecal matter can build up on the colon walls creating a barrier that prevents your body from absorbing essential nutrition. If enough time passes without reversing this situation, you may begin to suffer from malnutrition and your health could begin a devastating downward spiral.

How can this be corrected or prevented?

Restoring the beneficial bacteria to the digestive system is imperative. Without enough beneficial bacteria you'll be right back where you started. A gentle and effective colon cleanse might be a good place to start. You've heard the saying "Out with the old - In with the new." Changing your intestinal health will occur fastest by taking measures to remove the "crud" in the same way that a clean house is easier to maintain than a dirty house.

Once the digestive tract is cleaned and the intestinal wall can once again absorb nutrients effectively, dietary changes need to be addressed. Most Americans need to eat more raw fruits and vegetables. This will help in the battle against constipation. In addition to fruits and vegetables, insoluble fiber is important.

This type of fiber helps "scrub" the intestinal wall, keeping it clean. Reducing the amount of meats and fats consumed can also make a difference in your digestive health. That doesn't necessarily mean you have to eliminate meat. Simply cutting back can make a difference.

When making your food choices, look for foods with the fewest chemicals and preservatives added to them. I know your all saying that's too expensive. Here's the deal. At first it will be expensive. But, as your body becomes healthier, it will require less food mass consumption because it is getting better nutrition. You will begin to spend less as you get healthier because your body will be getting the full nutritive value from the foods you eat and will crave less.

There are many products to choose from as you begin to change your health. Do your homework. Not all Products are created equal. And you usually get what you pay for.
