YWCA of Bay County Announces "Wild or Wonderful Escape Raffle"
The vacation of a lifetime awaits the winner of the Wild or Wonderful Escape Raffle, hosted by the YWCA of Bay County. Raffle tickets are available between now and June 19, 2008. Cost for each ticket is $100 and includes two tickets to the Gala drawing, which will be held at the YWCA on June 19th, 6:30 p.m.-8:00 p.m.
The winning ticket holder will choose between a WILD hunting excursion for four guests at the Antler Bay Trophy Whitetail Ranch (www.antlerbay.net) in Michigan's Upper Peninsula or a WONDERFUL all-expense paid week for six guests at the posh Windjammer Landing Villa Beach Resort in St. Lucia. The raffle serves as a new fundraising endeavor for the YWCA. Funds raised will be used to make critical upgrades to the facility and enhance program offerings.
"We believe that the Wild or Wonderful Escape Raffle is an exciting, fresh idea. Hopefully, it becomes a hallmark fundraiser for the YWCA of Bay County. After all, a $100 ticket isn't as steep when you split it with three hunting buddies or five adventure-seeking friends", said Janelle Hemingway, Executive Director of the YWCA of Bay County.
There are also great incentives available for individuals and groups willing to sell tickets. Non-profit organizations interested in earning additional income by selling tickets should contact the YWCA as soon as possible.
