The parity in the Womens Softball League is good as displayed by last years undefeated "C" League Champions of Shot N Shell who were 21-0 last year and now after moving up are 4-3 in the "B" League.

"They really know what they're doing in the B League and how to play, they all have experience" said coach Kristy Lathrom, "and they hit the ball alot better," added assistant coach Kym Whiteherse.

Thats the hustle were talking about down at Vet's during woman's softball action.

Shot N Shell is in their fourth year of ball with the team they have now and are one of six teams in the "B" league.

In other action around the League, Buffalo Wild Wings improved to 3-2 with a hard fought 16-12 win overs Rivers Bend. Jessica Elif had her second in the park home run during the game to help out B-W's.

"Were really getting better, were on a three game win streak now and we can't wait to play again," said Danielle Kerr of Wild Wings.

Is this a fun game or what?

Bay Valley Christian Church is owning the "C" League as they improved to 6-0 with a win over TK Excavating. Bay Valley had already built a 7-0 lead over TK in the first inning and went on to mercy rule them.

Bay Valley Christian Church has played every team in their league except Rau's and they said they will be ready for them when they meet.

Watch that pitch in. There's alot more strikes coming as the weather warms up and pitching improves. Bay Valley Christian Church improved to 6-0 Wednesday night.
