The Pig Gig Pigalicious Tasting Tent was created by Chef Andy Bacigalupo from the Bay Arenac ISD Career Center in 2007. The proceeds for that year went to the Bay Arenac ISD Students Skills USA program.

In 2008, Chef Andy was unable to promote the tent due to scheduling conflicts and handed it over to his younger brother Mike Bacigalupo, Executive Director of the State Theatre in downtown Bay City.

This year all proceeds benefited The State Theatre. During the Pig Gig weekend, Promoter Wendy Dore and Mike Bacigalupo had scouted out a "NEW and IMPROVED" location for the 2009 Pig Gig Pigalicious tasting tent. (MyBayCity Photos by Julie Munger)
