Garber entered the game looking to keep their momentum up from Wednesday's big win over North Branch. Bridgeport came out determined as they went right at the Dukes. Both teams came out looking to move the ball inside. While neither team enjoyed much success there, Garber went to their press and running game. That got things going for them. Repeatedly hitting Molly Braun with long passes for lay ups, the Dukes pulled out to an 18-12 lead. Bridgeport struggled in the second quarter against the Garber press. Turnovers and hurried passes lead to easy baskets for Garber. Compounding things for the Bearcats, they turned to long shots which bounced right to Garber. This resulted in more quick points and a Garber 36-17 halftime lead.

Garber started a little sluggish as they went to a lot of perimeter passing looking for a shot. But when Katie Neering drove hard to the basket for two, the Dukes picked up their intensity sprinting to a 52-29 lead. Garber went to the bench to start the fourth quarter. But the mixed lineup struggled to score letting Bridgeport back into the game. The Bearcats crept to within 12 points prompting Garber to return the starters to the game. The Dukes quickly responded going to their fast break, push it up the floor basketball. Garber quickly regained a 20 point lead then cruised to a 71-50 final. Garber was lead by Ashton Morse with 17 points while Kelsea Zimmerman added 16 and Hailey Lane had 12. Bridgeport was paced by Quintoya White's 16 points while Brittany Butler scored 14 and Labriana Burton added 12.
