On Wednesday, May 27 at 9:30 a.m. and Thursday, May 28 at 10:30 a.m. The Bay Area Family Y invites the area Senior Citizens to join them in receiving information about Tylenol and it's effects on arthritis as well as how keeping a healthy lifestyle can assist in dealing with this common condition.

The Bay Area Family Y has been awarded over $1,000 in funding to provide financial assistance for older adult YMCA members to cover membership and/or program fees.

The Tylenol "Keep Moving" grant will allow the Bay Area Family Y to emphasize the importance of how to reduce arthritis pain through exercise and healthy eating.

Marybeth Laisure, Associate Director of the Bay Area Family Y stated, "The upcoming events will allow us to distribute information about our programs that are geared towards educating seniors on the prevention of and/or ease of living with osteoarthritis on a daily basis."

For more information about the Bay Area Family Y Tylenol "Keep Moving Grant" events, call Marybeth Laisure at 989-895-8596.
