Join Downtown Bay City for Sidewalk Days July 16, 17 & 18, 2009. A Community Tradition for over 50 years!

Free entertainment, great sales, time with friends and families and a very cool riverfront downtown.

Sidewalk Days brings more "bang for your buck" at Downtown's unique downtown shops and restaurants. New this year is the Super Saturday coupon for additional savings available on the special Sidewalk Days flyer. Plus, all three days are filled with free family entertainment throughout the streets of Downtown Bay City.

The event takes place:

July 16 - 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

July 17 - 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

July 18 - 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Special Sidewalk Days Activities Join Jewls the Clown for juggling, comedy magic and more! Friday: Noon & 2:00 pm and Saturday, 11:00 am & 1:00 pm In front of the State Theatre, 913 Washington Ave.

Watch skilled entertainer Tom Bartholomew dazzle you with his juggling tricks! Bartholomew will also teach you all the right moves to juggle balls, rings and clubs! Thursday & Friday: 1:00 and 3:00 pm Corner of Saginaw Street & Center Avenue

Learn how to create some magic with Tommy Anderson, professional magician Thursday and Friday: 2:30 and 4:00 pm The Third Street Waterfall Park (corner of Third and Water Streets)

Come see the Kaiser Brothers of Imagine Ice Cream on Saturday, July 18 from 11:00 am to 12:30 at the Downtown Farmers Market (city parking lot at Sixth & Washington). These young men offer up some free musical entertainment - and can sell you some delicious ice cream to enjoy at the same time! Fun for kids of all ages!
