The Uptown at Rivers Edge site in downtown Bay City is a regional asset that will bring great value in the future. It?s no secret that market conditions have made the re-development of this prime property a challenge, but that will not always be the case.

To prepare for the future opportunities this water front site may offer, A private/public partnership has been formed with regional business leaders and the City of Bay City to stand ready when opportunity knocks.

Karl Schwartz is the vice present of this organization and will provide a update as to the recent activities and accomplishments of the group.
