The Prime Event Center located at 1201 Washington Avenue continues to Rock Downtown Bay City.

The Prime Event Center is the largest venue in downtown Bay City, with a capacity of 1,000 and over 18,000 square feet of space which includes, a main stage, several levels of seating, dance floor, VIP Balcony (with private bar,) and dressing rooms, state of the art audio and light show capabilities.

The Prime is capable of hosting a variety of special events. From private gatherings, charity events, weddings and birthdays, music concerts,Tejano Dance Parties, boxing and cage fighting, business meetings, trade conventions and more.

Catering can even be arranged through Lumber Barons' Charcoal Grill and Brew Pub, Bay City.
