The "All New" BIG HOUSE Bar Re-Opens Under New Management THIS Friday, April 30, 2010 at 9:00PM. Big House is located at 510 Midland Street, Bay City!

And with the names of Josh Sharrow & Shawn Doyle from Impact Sound Entertainment on it, you can bet there's a whole lot of new fun in the works to be had on Midland Street.

(Right) Owners of Impact Sound Entertainment, Sharrow and Doyle recently took over as General Managers at the Big House Bar, (former location of Big House Poker Room)

According to Sharrow, everything has been revamped. Sharrow said, "We spent a lot of time giving the place a new look, and a new theme!" Sharrow said, "There is no other place in Bay County that is doing this theme." We think it will appeal to everyone no matter if your 25 or 50 years of age."

The Big House will be open on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, 8:00pm to 2:00am and NO COVER CHARGE EVER!

On Saturday Night (May 1, 2010) doors open at 8:00PM. The Infinity Band will perform at 9:00PM! Impact Sound Entertainment will be DJ'ing in between sets.

Also as part of the conversion, the former Hen House, which is connected to the Big House, will be a sports bar called Brady's Sports Bar & Diner. Named after Sharrow's son -- who is soon to turn 2 years old.

Brady's grand opening will be Monday, May 3, 2010, and will be open 7 days a week. Sharrow said, "We are focusing on some good home-made food menu items and all the meat we use will be fresh, bought locally right here in town."

Since there are 17 bars on Midland Street/Area, including theirs, Sharrow and Doyle said they needed to "do something different with both the Big House and Brady's!"

Sharrow and Doyle both agreed this is a great opportunity for them. "We've come along way with our current business Impact Sound Entertainment, from involvement with the community. We made many connections by becoming a member of the Bay City Chamber of Commerce, MyBayCity.com as well as local government officials who've helped us so much," Sharrow and Doyle continued. "If we get that same support with our new establishment as we did with Impact Sound, we hope it to be a success!"

Doyle noted Impact Sound Entertainment remains in business and is still dedicated to providing the same quality level of service.

Hope you guys make your diner as good a place for breakfast (especially Sundays) as the Hen House was.

A couple years ago Hen House had great portabello mushroom sandwiches, but dropped them from the menu.

And have good salads!

Looking forward to your opening. We'll be spending money on Midland Street, once Bay City restaurants & bars become smoke free.
