NCAA says that Bush took over $300,000 in cash and gifts during his career at USC

What comes around . . . Goes around.

Go ahead . . . Call it "sour grapes."

Maybe it is . . .

But this Golden "Domer" will always remember the moment when USC's Reggie Bush blatantly (with arms extended) pushed quarterback Matt Leinhart across the goal line in the closing seconds of the their 2005 football classic. (Just like you remember the 10-10 tie)

Here's the evidence . . . The 2005 "Bush Push."

The rules specifically say that pushing ball-carrier across the goal line is a "no-no." But the refs just looked the other way. And Reggie got away with it.

According to Sports Illustrated (www.cnnsi.com), "The NCAA threw the book at storied Southern California on Thursday (6/10/2010) with a two-year bowl ban, four years' probation, loss of scholarships and forfeits of an entire year's games for improper benefits to Heisman Trophy winner Reggie Bush dating to the Trojans' 2004 national championship.

"USC was penalized for a lack of institutional control in the ruling by the NCAA following its four-year investigation. The report cited numerous improper benefits for Bush and former basketball player O.J. Mayo, who spent just one year with the Trojans.

I hope they take away his Heisman Trophy too.
