The American Heart Association is seeking women who want to improve their health from the inside out. Are you someone who'd like to make small, simple choices that will make a huge difference? Then Go Red BetterU is for you.

Go Red BetterU is a free 12-week online program that delivers guidance to transform you from the inside out. It is not about fad diets and new exercise trends, but rather a program that focuses on skills and information. From daily tips and reminders to advice from expert coaches, Go Red For Women is committed to helping today's busy women find their better you.

Heart disease and stroke are the number 1 and number 3 killers of women in America, but by making simple changes in your everyday life you can reduce your risk. For instance, getting an hour of vigorous physical activity can give you two more hours of life expectancy according to a Harvard study. Choosing baked instead of fried or choosing to be a little more active can be the simple ways in finding your BetterU.

Can't imagine finding time to do one more thing? Then put the Go Red BetterMe Coaching Tool on your desk top. The Coaching Tool is your online companion to the BetterU program to keep you on track to meet your long and short term personal goals. With daily reminders and tips, interactive videos from women like you, and links to your journal and goals, the Go Red BetterMe Coaching Tool is your key to success.

Visit GoRedForWomen.org to sign up for the program and connect with women who are committing themselves to making healthier choices every day. For more information, contact the Heart Association office at 1-800-AHA-USA1 or contact stacy.sawyer@heart.org.

Our Hearts. Our Choice. Choose a BetterU.
