The South End CDC is hosting two "Candidate Forums" on Wednesday and Thursday October 6 and 7 at 7 p.m.
The Forums will be held at the Bay County Child and Senior Center located at 1001 Marsac Street (corner of Fremont and
Broadway) in the South End of Bay City.
Thomas A. Baird Chairman of the South End CDC will serve as Moderator for both nights. Questions from the public can be submitted to him for the Forums at baycityump@yahoo.com.
Wednesday October 6 the following candidates have confirmed for 5th
Congressional District: John Kupiec, Matt Deheus; 31st State Senate: Jeff Mayes and Mike Green and 96th State Representative: Charles Brunner and Dennis Poirier.
Thursday October 7 the Forum will host The Bay County Commission races in 5 of the 9 Districts. The following candidates have confirmed their attendance at the Forum Adam Reddick, Brandon Krause, Joe Davis, Nicholas Shaffer, Tom Ryder, Chris Rupp, M.J. Gorney, Patrick Dailey and Don Tilley.
The Forums are open to the public and light refreshments will be served.
