What I've Been Hearing . . .

I've been hearing such great response from the people who have joined my team Beachbody and have included Shakeology to their meal plan. I wanted to share the things I've been hearing!

First I will tell you a story of my own . . . I had been drinking Java Monster Energy drinks for some time and never realized how addicted to them I was, until I tried to stop drinking them.

And when I say addicted, I really mean addicted. It took me along time to ween myself off them, as I eventually replaced it with Shakeology. After a couple of weeks off the monsters, I had found one in the back of my refrigerator, and thought well, I will drink this last one, no big deal.

Let me tell you the taste of it to me was so bad, I couldn't even finish it. All I could describe it as, it tasted like chemicals. Hence, the shakeology is ALL NATURAL. And it obviously was those chemicals that Honestly made me ADDICTED to it.

I will never drink one again. And that's coming from someone who has not touched fast food or soda pop in 7 years.

I get shakeology home direct every month, and am SAVING money compared to the money I was spending on the monsters I was drinking weekly!

I have talked to friends, that said, their Cholesterol has lowered, since drinking Shakeology. Another friend, said they were noticeably dropping weight, another said they couldn't live without it - they like the taste some much.
