Wine Walk is Set For September 23

As part of this special fall event, the 6th annual Wine Walk will be held Thursday evening, September 23, from 5 to 10 p.m.

This is a great opportunity for our one-of-a-kind Downtown eateries to show off the uniqueness and quality of their establishments. Each business will be making a special effort to make this a very special and comfortable experience.

Special limo shuttles will be available for the Wine Walkers, free of charge, as an option to travel from place to place. This service will continue from 10 to 11 p.m. in case anyone would like a ride to their home in Bay City.

Many of the businesses will also be providing entertainment inside their establishment along with their great food and wine. Musical entertainment will also be located on various street corners throughout Downtown and includes Gregg Stevens, Randy Chandler, The Dickens, and Muddy Gumbo Duo.

New stops this year include the beautiful Doubletree Hotel, plus a really unique addition, the Princess Wenonah. The boat will be leaving at the top of each hour for a short cruise that will circle the Downtown riverfront between the bridges.

Other participating establishments include: Atrium, Bay City Elks Club, Café Appareil,Gatsby's, Holiday Inn, Jake's Corner Bar, Kingfish Restaurant & Tiki Lounge, Mulligan's Pub, Old City Hall, Stein Haus and Strikers. For those with a sweet tooth, St. Laurent's will also be providing samples, along with the Water Front Market.
