With the limited amounts of sunshine available during the winter months, lack of energy, tiredness, and even levels of depression seem to set in hindering a good attitude and a positive state of mind.

    I have to say I didnt take the whole Beach Body thing to seriously. Julie recommended to me Insanity one of the Beach Body workout programs. The first few days I thought I was Insane for trying it!!!! Now it has nearly become an obsession. I feel better, have more energy, my bloodpressure is down great stress relieve. Thanks Beachbody is serious stuff!!!!
