This week, Toner's name was chosen as the winner of an Old City Hall Gift Card, for entering the MyBayCity "Find the Finger" Contest.
"This is the perfect prize for me," Toner said. "Old City Hall is one of my favorite downtown Bay City restaurants.
Toner was one of 138 players in this week's "Find the Finger" Contest sponsored by Old City Hall Restaurant on Saginaw Street in Downtown Bay City.
Old City Hall Owner, Dave Dittenber says the contest is creating quite a stir at his Saginaw Street restaurant. "There's a buzz about the contest," Dittenber said during a conversation at a recent Business After Hours. "I like it. It's fun and we're happy with the promotion value," Dittenber added.
