Smart Hiring Choices - Every Employer's Defense

Accident Fund believes in making smart hiring choices. They're every employers first defense against many of the issues that can plague an organization in the first year of employment - from absenteeism to workplace injury. Because of this, we recommend employers consider the use of pre-employment testing to help identify those candidates with a likelihood of problem behaviors.

While no hiring decision should be based on this testing alone, we're pleased to be able to give recommendations and access to this service. Employers can use this testing to have job candidates complete a questionnaire and receive scores in areas like emotional maturity, trustworthiness, long-term job commitment and safety.
