August 18th Cruise Planned To Meet the IceHawks On Princess Wenona

Annual fundraiser features dinner, music, dancing and a silent auction.

The Tri City Icehawks announce their annual Icehawk's dinner cruise is set to depart Thursday, August 18th aboard the Princess Wenonah. This annual fundraiser features dinner, music, dancing and a silent auction. Also present with be Head Coach Stirling Wright as well as players from the current Icehawks' team. It is guaranteed to be a lively and enjoyable evening as fans will have the opportunity to meet and talk with the Team along with owners Art Jr. and Colleen Dore.

Boarding of the Princess Wenonah begins at 6:30 pm with departure set for 7 pm sharp and returning to the docks at 11 pm. Cost of the cruise is $30.00 per person which includes a full dinner with all the trimmings, music on the top deck, a silent auction with very nice prizes and of course the chance to meet and talk with the players from this year's team.

For those who have not had the opportunity to experience a dinner cruise on the Princess Wenonah, it is a real treat. Sitting above the Saginaw River, you get to experience a lovely and peaceful ride out onto the bay. As you arrive onto the bay, you get to enjoy a beautiful sunset before returning to the lights of the shoreline illuminating your way back home. As an added bonus, you are treated to a very nice dinner with an opportunity to relax with friends or meet new ones all the while knowing you are helping young players chase a dream that includes top level competitive hockey.

Having met and gotten to know Art Jr., Colleen Dore and Coach Stirling Wright, you will be inspired by their dedication and passion to the young men who are striving to accomplish a dream. Even more enjoyable you will meet these young men yourself and see first hand the quality youth that will be representing the Tri Cities this year.
