On behalf of the Labadie Pig Gig Presented by State Farm, Wendy Dore, Event Founder, announced at a recent press conference held at the Bay City Country Club, that the 2011 event generated over $60,000.00 for area charities.

With the help of various fundraising activities, the generous sponsors and hard working volunteers, Bay City Vet's Park was once again the setting for a successful event.

The Appreciation event was held to thank everyone involved in making the annual event a success and to distribute checks to the charities benefited. Guests were treated with a day of golf and dinner.
