Brian Vander Ark, Lead Singer of the Verve Pipe, recently performed a concert solo at the Bay City State Theater. Show was sponsored by Dow Corning, Tri Star Trust Bank, and Team One Credit Union

More than just the front-man, Vander Ark has his own style for his solo performances and song writing, his gift is one of tremendous storytelling clarity expressed through melodies and rhythms that are unique, riveting, intensely personal and entirely gripping.

Mike Bacigalupo, Executive Director, said, "What a fantastic show! Brian, Randy, Channing and Quinn took the show to a whole new level . . . they were amazing !!" Bacigalupo added, "They love Bay City, and would love to come back."

Bacigalupo performed on the piano with Vander Ark as he performed the popular song, 'Colorful', from the movie 'Rockstar'.

Bacigalupo said, "I felt like a special guest at huge rock concert that gets brought out for those special numbers, was an amazing feeling playing with such talent"

Vander Ark stayed after his performance for a meet and greet, for fans to get autographs and photos.
